With the generous participation of  8 independent bands and singer-songwriters, Soaring—Uplifting Music for Kids is yet another effort by The Oscar Litwak Foundation to raise awareness of the often neglected needs of sick and hospitalized children that spend most of their time isolated from everyday normal lives while receiving medical treatment, and that are in great need of entertainment to help alleviate the tediousness and hardships of being hospitalized.
